Today I feel like crap.I can't breathe properly, my head is gradually shrinking and my stomach is on the fast cycle. I think it is fallout from the Frankfurt MusikMesse. 5 Days of 4ish hours sleep, constant noise and self medication with beer from the worlds most expensive hotel bar (on expenses of course) really does a number on you.
But really I know feel awful, and why is it only today I realised I have no cold and flu tablets. Do you have any idea what I would give for a pack of 29p Tesco cold and flu pills!?
On a positive note listen to Paul Rose, a really awesome English blues/rock guitarist who happens to be one of the nicest guys in the world to eat breakfast with.
